These bag gloves design allows user to also grab and hold. Grip bar with woollen padding to strengthen the grip for better punching. The fingers are individually padded to give maximum flexibility and impact absorption. The wrist has an elastic strap to secure the glove to the hand. These are ideal for use when practicing on Punch bags, Speed ball, double end balls or pads.
