- All goods and services purchased from Quality Martial Arts Ltd & M.A.R International Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions listed. Please note that all terms will be applicable to business agreements.
- All marketing publications sent to existing/new/potential trade customers will display prices exclusive of VAT.

- All offers are subject to change and Quality Martial Arts Ltd reserves the right to change offers at their discretion

- Quality Martial Arts reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Quality Martial Arts Ltd holds the right to alter prices without prior notice, however customers will be informed of any changes to product prices, before they are charged.
- Any individual, club, association or organisation paying by cheque; if the cheque presented is not cleared then any charges incurred in respect of this will be passed to the customer and there will be an additional charge of £50 payable by the customer.
- Quality Martial Arts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any miscommunication while placing orders over the telephone.
- Quality Martial Arts Ltd holds the right to sell via any means necessary and to any company that is beneficial to Quality Martial Arts Ltd.
- Any marketing publications by any means that is sent to existing/new/potential trade customers show prices excluding VAT
- Any offers and marketing publications are at the discretion of Quality Martial Arts Ltd. Quality Martial Arts Ltd holds the right to change, alter and end offers at any time without prior notice
- Force majeure: Where, in spite of its reasonable efforts, Quality Martial Arts Ltd is unable to perform an obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, it shall not be deemed to be in breach of its contract with the customer.

Products:
- Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter specifications and/or products without notification.
- All images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual designs and colour schemes may vary due to the manufacture and/or dye process of some items from time to time.
- All uniforms are prone to an initial amount of shrinkage, especially cotton uniforms and clothing.
- We cannot be held responsible for items which are ordered that subsequently shrink.
- Quality Martial Arts Ltd can only sell weapons to persons 18 years of age or above and must provide a license or registration club card.
- We will ask you to provide your Driver’s Licence or Passport when you are purchasing weapons particularly wooden/metal. If you send an order by post, please send a copy of your passport or driving license certified by any of the following: solicitor, teacher or lecturer, chartered accountant, councillor. The person certifying should not be related to you or live at the same address. If there are any queries, please contact us.
- NB: The purchase of weapons and certain other goods may be deemed illegal in some Countries. Please check with your local Customs office before placing an order. Quality Martial Arts Ltd cannot be held responsible should you place an order and not receive this due to Customs regulations.
- Quality Martial Arts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injuries, deaths or illnesses caused while using and/or misusing any product.
- Quality Martial Arts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any wear and tear through use of any product(s).
- In the event of a product being manufactured from 100% cotton or poly cotton mixed, it is at the discretion of Quality Martial Arts Ltd which one of the above fabrics is used in the manufacturing process due to raw material availability in the market.
- Wood is a natural material and any grains and markings on wood items are outside the control of the manufacturer and cannot be classified as a manufacturer fault.
- Please consult our website or contact us for material description of goods. Quality Martial Arts Ltd will not be held responsible for goods purchased by existing/new/potential customers, if disclosure of any allergies has not been made to us at the time of purchase. Whilst we endeavour to ensure our products are always fit for purpose, it is your responsibility to notify us if there are any concerns with materials used in our products prior to purchase.
- Please consult our website for full item descriptions. Quality Martial Arts Ltd will not be held responsible for goods incorrectly ordered.
Delivery:
- The title in all goods will remain the property of Quality Martial Arts Ltd until such time as payment is received in full.
- All goods will be dispatched after payment has been cleared.
- In the event of non arrival of goods, the customer must notify the company within 21 days of invoice date.
- Damaged and shortage of goods must be notified to the company in writing within 3 days. Any notifications after this time cannot be dealt with as insufficient time will be afforded to us to investigation the claim. Damaged or an open box received by the customer must be signed for as "damaged" or “open box” respectively on delivery or no responsibility can be taken.
- Next day delivery is only available if the order is placed before 3pm GMT (Monday - Friday).
- Delivery times are provided as an estimate and we cannot be held responsible for external factors that may effect the time taken for goods to reach our customers.
- If the wrong address is provided and the goods are signed for by another party, Quality Martial Arts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses you may incur.
- The 1 hour delivery slot has a 98% success rate. Quality Martial Arts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any circumstances outside the control of Quality Martial Arts Ltd or the courier company used.
- If the customer is not present at the time of delivery and a card/notice has been left at the delivery premises, failure to act upon the card will result in a re-delivery charge (where applicable)
- The customer will be responsible for any local taxes that are enforced in that country. Quality Martial Arts Ltd takes no responsibility for these extra charges. If you are unsure, please contact your local tax office before placing your order.
Data Protection:
- We will ensure that all information is kept secure and confidential in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We will not pass or sell any personal information of any of our customers or their businesses to any company.
- We will remove all details of a person if requested and within the remits of compliance of the Data Protection Act.
Returns:
- If a wrong item is ordered and it is not the fault of Quality Martial Arts Ltd, the customer will have to pay for the return postage and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We are happy to give a refund or an exchange on any item within 28 days of purchase, provided items are returned in saleable condition with a receipt.
- Refunds are at the discretion of company management.
- No return goods will be accepted unless previously agreed by the company. Returns under complaint must indicate invoice number and reference number for the company. All goods returned to the company by third party must be insured to their value.
- For hygiene reason we cannot accept the return of any groin guards or gum shields. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- No custom, special or sale item will be accepted for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.
- Returns cannot be processed on a weekend in the shop, however will be carried out within a reasonable time without causing significant inconvenience. If you wish to return a product, please view our returns policy.
- When leaving the shop, please check your order and your change as mistakes cannot be rectified after you have left the building.
- Please note that we cannot accept the return of hakama if the stitching has been removed. Your usual rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 remain unaffected.
